G-Iron Logistics SMS Campaign Terms of Service

The G-Iron Logistics SMS program provides customers, carriers, drivers, and other authorized users with text message notifications related to logistics and transportation services. Messages may include load/order updates, pickup and delivery notifications, dispatch and scheduling information, appointment and timing updates, document and ticket reminders, service notifications, responses to inquiries, and other communications related to G-Iron Logistics services.

By voluntarily providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring text messages from G-Iron Logistics. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating an account, or using G-Iron Logistics services. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from G-Iron Logistics unless you provide subsequent consent.

For help, reply HELP or contact G-Iron Logistics using the contact information provided on our website or through your G-Iron Logistics account.

Your use of the SMS program is subject to the G-Iron Logistics SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

G-Iron Logistics makes reasonable efforts to provide SMS communications but does not guarantee that every message will be delivered. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

G-Iron Logistics may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be made available through the applicable G-Iron Logistics website or service.
